We pride ourselves on assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to access the services they need. The role of a Case Manager is to help a person arrange the most important aspects of their daily lives – from finding transportation and making appointments to securing needed equipment and advocating for the best medical care available.
Our staff will interact with many systems on your behalf including education, health, Social Security and the DDD. Since there are no two people alike, it is important to work with a Case Manager who is knowledgeable and can create a custom plan based on individual needs. The Case Manager will not only work to get the best service available, but also teach the consumer to be a better self-advocate.
