With a focus on supporting our greater community, the Case Management Support program provides a comprehensive range of information, advice, and direct support to individuals and families living throughout Southern New Jersey.

Full time Case Management professionals working in the Case Management Support program, specialize in assisting individuals and families who find themselves in a challenging or an emergent issue.

While this support service specializes in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families, many other vulnerable populations, such as, the blind and visually impaired, individuals who are homeless or at risk for homelessness, persons with literacy and learning difficulties are also referred to the Case Management Support Program.
