Salary Range: $25.00 – $27.00/hour
Schedule: typically M-F, but must be flexible. May require on call response during off hours.
Requirements: Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and work independently. 2+ yrs. exp. Necessary. Previous experience doing various repair/maintenance work in homes/apartments, with references as verification. Valid New Jersey drivers license in good standing.
Description: Complete repairs and maintenance jobs as requested by the Facilities Support Supervisor. Jobs may involve: plastering, painting, routine plumbing, and electrical work, vehicle maintenance, repairs to windows, screens, or furniture, yard work, and repair/maintenance of lawn mowers and equipment among others. This position will require heavy lifting.
