The Arc of Atlantic County provides community based apartment housing to persons’ who require access to on-site support staff. Typically two individuals share an apartment. Well trained, qualified, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals are on site in each complex 24-hour a day, 7 days a week and provide support based on individuals’ needs.
People living in our community based apartment housing with on-site staff will receive personalized services that include:
- Community Integration
- Medical Appointment Support and Follow Up
- Medication support and/or management
- Appointment based support with on-site Direct Support Professionals
- Assistance with menu planning and meal preparation
- Access to Transportation
- Support with activities of daily living
- Money Management including Budgeting and/or Entrustment
