Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 annualized, salary, exempt, full time
Hours: Typically daytime hours with some travel required

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years’ experience in administration, training, and the development and implementation of staff training programs or high school diploma and six (6) years of experience in the areas mentioned above. Must have first aid and CPR certification and reliable transportation. KWC Crisis Training Certification a plus.
Essential Functions: Responsible for training staff of The Arc of Atlantic as well as other identified agencies in state required courses as assigned to include CPR, first aid, all other courses that are required by DDD, and KWC Crisis Training.
Other:
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Successful completion of all required DDD training, at time of hire, or within 3 months of employment.
- CPR and First Aid Instructor certification at time of hire, or within 3 months of employment.
- KWC Crisis Instructor Training required at time of hire or within 3 months of employment.
