Reports to: Facilities Director
Salary Range: $25.00-27.00 per hour, non-exempt
Schedule: typically M-F, but must be flexible.
May require on call response during off hours.
Requirements:
- Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and work independently. 2+ yrs. exp. Necessary.
- Previous experience doing various repair/maintenance work in homes/apartments, with references as verification.
- Valid New Jersey drivers license in good standing.
Description:
- Complete repairs and maintenance jobs as requested by the Facilities Support Supervisor.
- Jobs may involve: plastering, painting, routine plumbing, and electrical work, vehicle maintenance, repairs to windows, screens, or furniture, yard work, and repair/maintenance of lawn mowers and equipment among others.
- This position will require heavy lifting.
