Salary: $54,000.00 annualized salary-exempt
Supervises: One Recreation Support Worker and volunteers
Education/Experience: Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field (experience may substitute for some college). High School diploma or GED required. Two years experience providing support services to individuals and/or their families in a human services related field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Additional college credits may be substituted for some experience.
Valid New Jersey drivers license required.
Other:
– Valid New Jersey driver’s license with less than 5 points
– Successful completion of all required training
– CPR and First aid certification.
– Excellent computer skills/knowledge
Essential Functions: Develop, implement, and supervise services and interventions that will provide individuals and their families the support services they need in a dignified manner, within a safe, stimulating growth enhancing environment. The goal is to grow billable services to provide some funding for Arc’s recreation services.
