Egg Harbor Twp., NJ – September 21, 2017:  The Arc of Atlantic County is proud to announce that $105,210 was raised during The 9th Annual I. Rice & Company Golfing for Good Tournament held on Thursday, September 14th at the Linwood Country Club.

Proceeds from Golfing for Good will directly benefit The Arc of Atlantic County’s recreation and family programs,  which supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in our community.

“Once again, I. Rice & Company is proud to support The Arc of Atlantic County and their mission,” said Steve Kuhl, President and CEO of I. Rice & Company. “Together, we have raised over $618,000 for this worthy cause since 2008.” Kuhl commented.

The event started when golfing buddies and Downbeach residents, Steve Kuhl, Joe DiMedio, and Irv Singer decided to tap into their resources to make a meaningful difference in the community, by enlisting the support and assistance of many long-time friends and local businesses for a day of golf.

“The Arc of Atlantic County is so proud of the commitment and friendship we have formed with Steve Kuhl and Joe DiMedio of I. Rice and Company, who, together with Irv Singer, produces this incredible event each year for The Arc,” said Scott Hennis, CEO of The Arc of Atlantic County.
